REMOTE HELP

Home Tech Rescue offer a remote support service where we do not have to come to your house to fix software related issues.

During a consultation with one of our technicians they may request to connect to your PC and take control to fix an issue or perform a particular task.

When they are required to do this, they will direct you to this page.

They will then provide you with a 9 digit code which you are required to enter at the bottom of this page.

This will then start a remote session which requires you to install a small plugin onto your PC to allow the technician to share your screen.

They will talk you through every thing you need to do.

Please rest assured you can take back full control of your device at any time and disconnect the technician if you so wish.

Once the session is over, anything installed on your device will be automatically removed.
